DK-28柴油机性能仿真及米勒循环模式研究

摘要 大气污染日益严重,为了寻求柴油机的改进方向,利用AVL_BOOST软件建立了DK-28柴油机的仿真模型,设置了米勒循环模式,对其进行数值计算.结果表明,仿真模型合理准确,米勒循环模式对柴油机的功率、平均有效压力、燃油消耗率,以及缸内温度均有不同程度的影响.其中在EIVC模式下,随着进气门关闭角的提前,缸内温度下降明显,改善了柴油机的NO_x排放. In order to improve the emissions of diesel engine,a simulation model of DK-28 diesel engine was established by AVL_BOOST software,and the Miller cycle mode was set for numerical calculation.The results show that the simulation model is reasonable and accurate,and the Miller cycle mode has different effects on the power,average effective pressure,fuel consumption and cylinder temperature of diesel engine.In the EIVC mode,with the advance of the inlet valve closing angle,the temperature in the cylinder drops obviously,which can improve the NO x emission of diesel engine.
