摘要
目的:探究降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)与C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)联合检测在呼吸道炎症反应诊断和治疗中的临床价值。方法:选取537例呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,根据病原学检查结果将其分为细菌感染组(230例)和病毒感染组(307例),选取同期进行体格检查的100例健康个体为对照组,对三组患者进行PCT、CRP检测并进行组间比较,对细菌感染组PCT、CRP、PCT+CRP三种检测方式的阳性率进行分析比对。结果:PCT、CRP水平细菌感染组>病毒感染组>对照组(P<0.05);细菌感染组PCT、CRP、PCT+CRP检测阳性率均高于病毒感染组(P<0.05),细菌感染组检测阳性率PCT+CRP高于PCT及CRP(P<0.05)。结论:PCT联合CRP检测的方式能够提高呼吸道炎症反应检测阳性率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of procalcitonin(PCT)combined with C-reactive protein(CRP)detection in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory inflammatory response.Methods:537 cases of respiratory infection patients were selected as the research objects.According to the results of pathogenic examination,patients were divided into bacterial infection group(230 cases)and virus infection group(307 cases).100 healthy individuals in the same period in our hospital were selected as the control group.PCT and CRP were detected between the three groups,and the positive rate of PCT,CRP and PCT+CRP in bacterial infection group was analyzed and compared.Results:PCT and CRP level in bacterial infection group was higher than that in virus infection group,which was higher than that in control group,and the differences between groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive rate of PCT,CRP and PCT+CRP in the bacterial infection group was higher than those of the virus infection group(P<0.05),and the positive rate of PCT+CRP in bacterial infection group was higher than that of PCT and CRP(P<0.05).But the difference of the positive rate of CRP and PCT was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:PCT combined with CRP detection can increase the positive rate of respiratory inflammatory response detection.
