摘要 目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)联合空腹血糖检测妊娠糖尿病高危人群的价值。方法:将181例孕妇作为研究对象,其中43例妊娠期糖尿病患者为观察组,将血糖水平正常的138例孕妇作为对照组,分析HbA1c联合FPG检测在妊娠糖尿病高危人群中应用价值。结果:观察组HbA1c、75 g OGTT 1h PG和75 g OGTT 2 h PG水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者单独75 g OGTT一次检测成功率与HbA1c联合FPG检测比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HbA1c联合FPG检测可以作为妊娠期糖尿病筛查的方法。 Objective:To explore the value of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)combined with fasting plasma glucose(FPG)in the detection of high-risk groups of gestational diabetes.Methods:181 cases of pregnant women were selected as the research objects,in which 43 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as observation group and 138 cases of pregnant women with normal blood sugar level as control group.The application value of HbA1c combined with FPG was analyzed in high-risk patients with gestational diabetes.Results:The levels of HbA1c,OGTT 75 g PG 1 h and OGTT 75 g PG 2 h of patients in observation group were obviously higher than those of control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the test success rate of OGTT 75 g and the FPG combined with HbA1c in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:HbA1c combined with FPG test can be used as a detection method for the screening of gestational diabetes.
