摘要
目的:研究千伏级锥形束CT影像用于肿瘤放射治疗计划的可行性。方法:选取2016年1月至2016年12月收治的肿瘤放疗患者10例,对其实施千伏级锥形束CT(KV-CBCT)及扇形束CT(FBCT)影像采集,应用CRIS密度模体对CBCT图像进行刻度,对比同一病例的CBCT与FBCT图像计划结果。结果:10例患者的最大机器跳数(MU)差值为3%,最小为0.8%,所有病例的绝对剂量通过率均符合相关要求,Gamma通过率均≥95%,DVH图各曲线重合率较好。结论:精心刻度过的CBCT图像在肿瘤放射治疗定位图像采集中具有可行性,可推广应用。
Objective:To study the feasibility of the application of kV cone beam CT imaging in the radiotherapy of tumor.Methods:10 patients with cancer for radiotherapy from January 2016 to December 2016 underwent the implementation of the CBCT and FBCT image acquisition,and CRIS density model was used for calibration of CBCT image,with the image plan results of CBCT and FBCT in the same case compared.Results:the maximum MU difference of 10 patients was 3%,the minimum was 0.8%,the absolute dose passing rate of all cases met the relevant requirements,the Gamma pass rate was equal to or above 95%,and the coincidence rate of each curve of DVH chart was better.Conclusion:The carefully calibrated CBCT image is feasible in tumor radiotherapy and localization of image acquisition,and can be widely applied.
