三种口腔护理液在口腔癌术后患者中的应用

Application effect of three kinds of oral care solutions on postoperative patients with oral cancer

目的:对0.5%聚维酮碘、复方氯己定含漱液、双氧水3种口腔护理液在口腔癌术后患者中的应用效果进行对比。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年1月90例患有口腔癌并实施手术的患者,随机分为3组,分别采用3种口腔护理液对3组患者进行口腔护理,并对每位患者口腔内细菌的检测、口腔异味的评分及口腔溃疡的发生率3个方面进行研究,以期指导临床口腔护理工作。结果:使用0.5%聚维酮碘组,在冲洗后3 h的细菌检测阳性结果、口腔溃疡发生率均低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者口腔异味的评分,0.5%聚维酮碘组低于双氧水组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔癌术后患者适宜选择0.5%聚维酮碘进行口腔护理。

Objective:To compare and study the application effect of three kinds of oral care solutions(0.5%povidone-iodine,Compound Chlorhexidine Gargle,hydrogen peroxide)on postoperative patients with oral cancer.Methods:90 patients with oral cancer from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into 3 groups,and given three kinds of oral care solutions respectively.Oral bacteria detection,the score of bad breath and the occurrence rate of dental ulcer in each patient were analyzed,so as to guide the work of clinical oral nursing.Results:In the 0.5%povidone-iodine group,the positive result of bacterial detection at 3h after washing,and the occurrence rate of dental ulcer were all lower than those in the other two groups,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of bad breath in the 0.5%povidone-iodine group was lower than that in the hydrogen peroxide group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 0.5%povidone-iodine oral care would be an optimum choice for postoperative patients with oral cancer.
