摘要 目的:探讨多发伤患者急救流程一体化的应用效果。方法:回顾2016年1月至2017年5月采用一体化急救模式救治的266例(观察组)多发伤患者的临床资料,并与2015年1月至2015年12月采用分科模式救治的242例(对照组)多发伤患者的临床资料进行比较分析。对比两组会诊前等待时间、会诊时间、住院时间、死亡率、随访3个月预后情况。结果:观察组轻伤患者和重伤患者会诊前等待时间、会诊时间、住院时间均少于对照组轻伤患者和重伤患者(P<0.05),观察组重伤患者死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组3个月后预后良好率为68.3%,优于对照组的62.2%(P<0.05)。结论:多发伤患者采用急救流程一体化有利于提高服务效率和救治成功率,对于改善患者预后意义重大。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of the first aid process in patients with multiple injuries.Methods:The clinical data of 266 cases with multiple injuries(the study group)from Jan.2016 to May 2017 given the treatment of integrated emergency mode,and 242 cases with multiple injuries(the control group)from Jan.2015 to Dec 2015 given the treatment of subject division mode were compared.The waiting time before consultation,consultation time,hospitalization time,mortality rate and the prognosis of 3-month follow-up in the two groups were compared.Results:In the study group,the waiting time before consultation,consultation time and hospitalization time in patients with minor and severe injuries were significantly less than those of the control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality of severely injured patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The favorable prognosis rate in the study group after 3 months was 68.27%,better than that in the control group(62.21%),the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated emergency procedure is helpful to improve the service efficiency and the success rate in the treatment of patients with multiple injuries.It is of great significance to improve the prognosis of the patients.
