心血管疾病PET显像剂研究进展

摘要 正电子发射断层(PET)显像可用于监测非侵袭性心血管病变,有良好的临床应用前景。各种显像剂的转化应用使PET从分子水平上早期发现和评估心血管疾病,提高了心血管疾病早期诊断和疗效监测的灵敏度和特异性。本文介绍了用于心血管疾病的PET显像剂及其应用进展。 Positron emission tomography(PET)imaging has successfully allowed the noninvasive detection of cardiovascular disease and shows good clinical application prospects.Development and translation application of various imaging agents furtherly enable PET imaging to be used for early detection and progression evaluation of cardiovascular diseases at molecular level,which can improve sensitivity and specificity of early diagnosis and monitoring of the diseases.This review mainly describes development and application progression of PET tracers for cardiovascular diseases imaging.
