吉林省应用型本科院校科研服务地方产业能力提升研究

Improvement of Capabilities of Scientific Research Serving Local Industries of Application-oriented Universities in Jilin Province

吉林省地处东北核心位置,由于改革开放和国企改制的影响,其地方产业受到了沿海地区的极大冲击,为了挽救吉林地区的地方产业,必须让应用型本科院校尽其力量。但现实不容乐观,吉林地区的应用型本科院校还未成长成熟到可以充分地服务地方产业。要想做好应用型本科院校的建设工作,并以此推动地方产业以及社会经济进步,增强科研能力是不能忽视的内容。应用型本科院校业积极寻求合作,在通过产业进步推动高校建设之余,发挥高校建设对于推动产业向好发展的反作用力。同时,要全面采取多种高科技、新技术方式来建造新型的高效及时的校企沟通平台。

Application-oriented universities in Jilin Province should be encouraged to make their contributions to help local industries out of trouble due to the impact of reform and opening,state-owned enterprise reorganization and the competition of their counterparts from coastal areas.However,few,if any,of these universities have grown strong enough to serve local industries in the province.To push local industries and social economy forward,reinforcing scientific research in these universities has become an important task that should not be ignored.For these universities,they should seek cooperation with various partners from local industries for a win-win goal.At the same time,multiple measures featuring high and new technology should be taken to establish new and effective platforms for school-industry communication.
