An analysis of current status,influencing factors and developmental trends of China's International e-commerce was made in the paper on the basis of an understanding about its connotations to help with its development.In addition,some developmental strategies were proposed such as establishing related legal systems and credit mechanism,founding unified could platforms based on the internet technology,acquiring the initiative of the business field and the market share,strengthening the logistics system and promoting the development of service industry,etc.
