住房条件对于外来人口的心理健康影响机制研究:以上海南翔镇为例

ON THE MECHANISM OF HOUSING CONDITIONS AFFECTING THE MENTAL HEALTH OF MIGRANT POPULATION: A CASE STUDY OF NANXIANG TOWN IN SHANGHAI

快速城市化推动城市经济高速增长的同时,给外来人口带来诸多的心理疾病。在健康城市和社区规划研究领域,很多研究显示住房条件是决定个人心理健康的重要因素之一,然而仅考虑个体家庭因素而忽视宏观社区环境,对于研究健康问题存在一定的局限性。因此本研究将以上海市嘉定区南翔镇为例展开,收集一手数据368份样本,运用结构方程模型,探究不同人群的住房条件并其对人们心理健康的直接和间接的影响机制和差异作用。研究发现对本地人而言,住房条件对心理健康起直接影响作用。对移民而言,住房条件通过提高社区满意度,对心理健康有间接影响作用。研究发现通过营造高品质的建成环境来提高心理健康、建设健康和谐社会有一定的支撑作用。

Rapid urbanization promotes the rapid urban economic growth and brings many psychological problems to the migrant population.In the field of health city and community planning research,many researches have shown that housing conditions are one of the important factors that determine the mental health of individuals.However,considering only individual family factors and ignoring the macrocommunity environment,there are some limitations in the study of health problems.Therefore,this study takes Nanxiang Town,Jiading District,Shanghai as an example.368 samples of primary data are collected.Structural equation modeling is used to explore the direct and indirect effects of different housing conditions on people's mental health.The study finds that for locals,housing conditions have a direct impact on mental health.For immigrants,housing conditions have an indirect effect on mental health by raising community satisfaction.The study finds that by creating a high-quality built environment to improve mental health and building a healthy and harmonious society have some supportive role.
