关于广州近代乡村侨居活化利用的可行性的研究

A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON REVITALIZATION AND UTILIZATION OF MODERN OVERSEAS CHINESE HOUSES IN THE COUNTRYSIDE OF GUANGZHOU

根据对广州重点侨乡的近代侨居中的近三百栋侨居的使用现状的实地调研,发现侨居空置荒废情况严重。借鉴香港的"伙伴计划"组建相关的机构和制订相关的制度,使用四种国内外常见的历史文物建筑的利用方式对其进行分析,并将其与侨居现状情况进行比较,探讨侨居利用的可能性及注意事项。

According to the field survey of the using status of nearly 300 houses among the modern overseas Chinese houses of key overseas Chinese communities in the countryside of Guangzhou,it is found that the situation of non-occupied and vacant areas is critical.Using the experience of"Partnership Plan"of Hong Kong for reference,it sets up relevant agencies and formulates relevant systems,analyzes the research subjects by the application of four kinds of historical and cultural relics at home and abroad and compares them with the current situation of overseas Chinese houses to explore the feasibility and precautions of utilization of overseas Chinese houses.
