UNDERSTANDING OF THE VALUE OF ARCADE BUILDING AND EXPLORATION OF PRACTICE ON RESTORATION

本文试图通过汕头小公园开埠区骑楼建筑修缮工程实践,对历史建筑价值认识发展过程进行一定的梳理,进而阐述骑楼建筑在传承发展中的价值动态特点,尝试归纳总结骑楼建筑的整体性价值评价原则,即从辩证整体、社会整体和生成整体的角度更全面、更合理地对历史建筑的价值进行评价,为汕头小公园开埠区骑楼建筑修缮实践提供一定的理论参考。

This essay tried to sort out the development process of the value recognition of historic buildings through the practice of repairing the arcade building in the port area of Shantou Small Park,and then to elaborate the value dynamic characteristics of the arcade building in its inheritance and development,to attempt to summarize the overall value evaluation principle of the arcade buildings,that is to say,to evaluate the value of historic buildings in a more comprehensive and reasonable manner from the angle of dialectical holism,social holism and generation holism,thus providing some theoretical references for the renovation of the arcade buildings in Shantou Small Park.
