摘要
在水利工程中,水泵是不可缺少的电力机械。大功率水泵驱动常采用多极数电机直驱,成本高且体积重量庞大。同时对于大型水泵而言,要求启动转矩大及停车可控以避免水锤效应和对电网的冲击。本文介绍了一种融合了CST可控启动技术的新型立式水泵齿轮箱的开发。同时,本文也讨论了水利水电齿轮箱的传动方案设计,湿式离合器可控启动技术,立式水泵齿轮箱主要零部件材料及热处理,行业应用及展望。
Pump is a critical facility in water conservancy engineering.Multipolar motors are usually used to drive the high power pump directly,which is with large size,weight and high cost.To avoid the water hammer and power impact to grid,large pump always needs large start torque and controlled stop.This paper proposes a new kind of vertical power transmission device,it combines the traditional vertical reducer with Controlled Start Transmission technique.The transmission solution of gearbox for water conservancy engineering,controlled start technique of wet clutch,material and heat treatment of main components and the current and future applications are also introduced in this paper.
