全天然卵石C50箱梁混凝土力学特性研究

摘要 分别使用卵石和碎石配制C50箱梁混凝土,开展不同骨料的混凝土性能差异及同抗压强度条件下的力学特性对比研究。结果表明:配制卵石混凝土时水胶比较碎石混凝土有一定程度的降低,对于C50箱梁混凝土而言,水胶比约降低0.04~0.06;同抗压强度情况下,卵石混凝土的抗折强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量基本与碎石混凝土相当、拉压比低于碎石混凝土,抗压强度偏差小于碎石混凝土。 The properties of C50 box girder concrete mixed with pebble and gravel respectively and mechanical properties with same compressive strength were studied and compared.The results show that the water-binder ratio of pebble concrete is lower than gravel concrete,approximately 0.04~0.06 decrease for C50 box girder concrete.Under the same compressive strength circumstances,the flexural strength,axial compressive strength,modulus of elasticity of pebble concrete are same to gravel concrete.Simultaneously the tension-compression ratio and compressive strength deviation of pebble concrete are lower than gravel concrete.
