摘要
为探明测试混凝土抗冻试验过程中影响测试结果的几个方面,研究了试件的饱水状态、试件冻融部位和动弹仪探头测试位置。提出了正确的操作方法,以求试验结果更加准确可靠。结果表明:到达试验龄期的前4d,将试件放置在(20±3)℃的水中浸泡,使其达到饱水状态,可以提高测试的准确性。通过将试件两端调头、做标记、绘制试验箱中的分布简图等方式,可以减少其冻融部位给测试带来的影响。将两端测试面的探头测试点做固定标记,使其每次测试点一致,可以提高混凝土抗冻性测试的准确性。
To verify what affects the result of the test on the detection of frost resistance of concrete,we will research the saturated state of specimen,the freezing and thawing part of specimen and the detecting position of mobile probe.We put forward the correct operational approaches,in order to get the more reliable accurate results.The result shows when the specimen are dipped in the water with 20℃±3℃to reach a saturated state,the accuracy of the test will be improved.And the freezing and thawing part of specimen will affect the result less by turning both ends of that specimen around,labeling,drawing the distribution diagram in the test chamber,etc.Besides,if the probe detection points of the detection surfaces at the two ends are marked with fixed marks,the detection accuracy of the frost resistance of the concrete can be improved.
