摘要
该文从试验的角度,通过将混凝土拌和站废浆、废水、粗细骨料等二次利用,证明在一定掺量下废浆可以代替混凝土中的水泥或混凝土拌和用水,对非耐久性混凝土工作性能和力学性能无明显影响。通过进一步细化废浆的循环利用系统,提高废浆的利用率,可逐步实现混凝土拌和站废浆的零排放。
This article,based on second use of waste slurry,waste water,coarse and fine aggregate,etc at concrete mixing station by experiment,proves that waste slurry can replace the cement or concrete mix water in concrete under a certain amount,which has no obvious effect on the performance of non-durability concrete or mechanical property.By further refining the recycling system of waste slurry and improving utilization rate of waste slurry,zero discharge of waste slurry can be realized gradually.
