摘要
根据城市商业综合体投资风险评价的相关理论,结合国内外学者在此方面的研究资料,采用层次分析法、灰色理论、模糊综合法相结合的方法定性定量地进行预测和评价,为城市商业综合体投资决策提供科学的数学理论支持。
Based on the theories of investment risk assessment of urban commercial complex,combining with domestic and foreign scholars’researches,the using of analytic hierarchy process,gray theory,fuzzy comprehensive method predict and evaluate investment risk of urban commercial complex qualitatively and quantitatively,which provide scientific theoretical support for the investment decision.
