摘要
氧化锌是现在避雷器阀片的主要材料。氧化锌阀片在遭受不同雷电流后,其温度会有不同变化,温度是监测氧化锌避雷器运行状况和寿命的重要依据。介绍氧化锌压敏电阻的基本特性,阐述可用于试验的SAW测温技术和测温系统,通过试验分别研究与分析正常和受潮氧化锌阀片在不同等级冲击电流下的温升情况,对于通过监测氧化锌阀片温度实现在线监测避雷器运行状况和寿命有重要意义。
Zinc oxide is now the main material of the arrester valve sheet.Zinc oxide in different lightning current,the temperature will have different changes,the temperature is an important basis to monitor the operational state and life of zinc oxide arrester.In this paper,the basic characteristics of zinc oxide varistor are introduced,and the SAW temperature measurement technology and temperature measurement system which can be used in the experiment are described.Through the experiment,the temperature rise of the normal zinc oxide valve sheet and the damp zinc oxide valve sheet under different levels of impact current are studied and analyzed.It is very important to realize the on-line monitoring of the arrester operational state and life by monitoring the temperature of the zinc oxide valve.
