摘要
介绍了秦二厂3/4#机组硼加热系统的作用,并对主控室长期存在的硼加热系统相关报警原因进行分析,结合理论设计核对了现场伴热缆的选型情况;依据现场设备布置情况而制定了相应的解决方案,而且通过试验和长期跟踪较好地解决了8RRB301AA因设计布置等原因造成的故障,为其他同类故障的处理指明了方向。
This paper briefly introduces the functions of RRB system in 3 and 4 power units of the Two Qin nuclear power station.The reasons for the long existing boron heating system in the main control room are analyzed in detail.According to the theoretical design,the selection of the hot cable is checked.Also,The corresponding solutions are formulated according to the layout of the field equipment.Moreover,the faults caused by 8RRB301AA's design and layout are well solved through experiments and long-term tracking,indicating the direction for other similar faults.
