摘要
某变电站110kV GIS母线筒支腿处因裂纹而导致漏气故障,经过现场全面检查,并利用AUTOPIPE与ANSYS应力分析软件进行受力仿真计算,分析故障发生原因,针对故障原因提出解决方案并通过仿真验证其可靠性。
A gas leak fault happened because of crack failure on 110kV GIS bus-bar bracket in a substation.After a full inspection,stress analysis softwares such as AUTOPIPE and ANSYS were used to analyze the failure reason.Solutions were provided based on fault cause analysis,and the software simulation is used to prove the solutions′reliability.
