以电网调停小修为例,阐述小修计划的制定、实施和调整过程,并结合主线工作的需求和机组状态的改变,探讨在复杂制约条件下,通过信息的及时更新和融合,对小修计划进行适时的跟踪和调整,实现小修计划的有效管理。

Based on some maintenance during the shut-down peaking,the whole process of planning,implementation and adjustment of the maintenance scheduling was expounded.Combining the needs of the mainline work and the change of units state,through the timely update and integration of information,the maintenance scheduling was tracked and adjusted to achieve the effective management.
