矿用电机车超级电容的充电控制

摘要 为解决矿用铅酸蓄电池电机车充电慢且过程繁琐问题,提出超级电容电机车,并设计合适的充电方式与控制策略。分析现有充电方式特性,设计充电拓扑,提出大电流转小电流分段式充电策略,在保护超级电容的同时实现快速高效充电。基于MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建系统仿真模型,仿真结果显示该系统可实现超级电容充电,且控制效果良好。 In order to solve the problem of slow charging and complicated process of mine lead-acid battery electric locomotive,a mine super capacitor electric locomotive is proposed,and the appropriate charging mode and control strategy are designed.This paper analyzes the characteristics of existing charging methods,designs the charging topology,and proposes the small current segmental charging strategy of large current circulation,while protecting the super capacitor,while realizing the fast and efficient charging.The simulation model of the system is built based on the MATLAB/Simulink platform.The simulation results show that the system can charge the super capacitor and the control effect is good.
