摘要
以±500kV金中直流输电工程逆变站的ABB技术路线的换流阀为例,分析换流阀晶闸管单元故障类型,提出提升故障晶闸管单元具体定位的时效性与准确性的初步方案,开发一种基于ABB技术路线的换流阀晶闸管故障定位人机交互软件,实现快速准确完成晶闸管故障定位的应用目标。研究结果可为现有直流工程换流阀晶闸管故障定位的实现手段提供参考依据,并对换流阀厂家故障报警机制设计提供新思路。
Taking the converter valve of ABB technical route of inverter station in±500kV Jinzhong HVDC transmission project for example,this paper analyzes the failure types of thyristor units in converter valve,and presents a preliminary scheme for improving the timeliness and accuracy of the specific loaction of faulty thyristor units.A kind of human-computer interface software for fault location of thyristor in converter valve based on ABB technical route is developed to achieve the application target of the rapid and accurate fault location of thyristor.The research results can provide reference for realizing thyristor fault location of the current HVDC converter valve,and establish a new avenue to the design of the fault alarm mechanism for converter valve manufacturers.
