摘要 依托移动智能终端,设计了基于数据分析的智能化巡检系统,集成了标准巡检规程,规范了巡检作业过程,提供了便捷化的数据采集和导出功能,有效提高了巡检效率,并对巡检数据进行统计分析,得出设备健康状态变化趋势,以便预先发现设备故障,及时处理。 The substation equipment inspection work aims to check the operation condition of equipment,therefore,obtain the operation law of equipment.This work is the foundation of safe operation of equipment.The traditional inspection system is inefficient,and lack of making use of inspection data.Based on mobile termination,this paper proposes an intelligent inspection system with data analysis function.This system integrates the standard inspection procedure and provides the convenient data acquisition and export operation,which could effectively improve the inspection efficiency.Furthermore,it provides the high performance of inspection data to find and eliminate the defects and hidden problems of equipment in time.This system improves the overall efficiency and quality of inspection work,and ensures the stable operation of equipment.
