摘要
对于水-氢-氢冷却系统,其自并励静止可控硅励磁发电机的定子和转子附属设备较多,测量绝缘的影响因素较多,因此结合汽轮发电机说明书和ABB UINTROL 5000励磁系统说明书,分析绝缘值长期太低的原因,并给出测量发电机定子和转子绝缘的方法和改进发电机绝缘的可行性措施。
For the water-hydrogen-hydrogen cooling system,its self shunt static thyristor excitation generator has many auxiliary equipments such as stators and rotors,and many factors could affect the measurement of insulation.By combining the manuals of turbo-generator and ABB UINTROL 5000 excitation system,this paper analyzes the reason of the long-term low insulating value,proposes the method of measuring generator stators′and rotors′insulations,as well as feasible routes to the improvement of generator′s insulation.
