摘要
针对传统的电气设备SF_6检漏方法作业时间长、灵敏度低,且只适用于被检部位不带电或远离高压电,介绍一种基于红外辐射吸收特性成像技术的高压设备SF_6带电检漏方法。该方法能有效克服传统方法的局限性,实现高压电气设备SF_6气体泄漏状况的在线、快速、安全、直观化检测。为使该技术的应用达到规范、实用、高效,在应用层面上需进行检测场所风流影响排除、背景优化、温差与压力因素调整,并注意图-量关系判断依据的积累。
The traditional methods of SF 6 leakage detection for electrical equipments have a long work time and low sensitivity,and only apply to the parts that are uncharged or far away from high voltage.In such cases,a live detection method of SF 6 leakage for high-voltage equipment based on infrared radiation imaging technology is introduced in this paper.This method can effectively overcome the limitation of traditional methods and implement the online,fast,safe and visualized detection of SF 6 gas leakage in high-voltage electrical equipment.For the sake of normative,utilitarian and efficient use of this technology,the following facets are indispensable for practical application:the elimination of airflow influence,the background optimization,the adjustments of temperature difference and pressure factors,the accumulation of judgment basis for graph-volume relation.
