基于案例分析的创新型人才培养模式探析

摘要 培养创新型人才是素质教育和创新教育的内在要求。案例分析有利于激发学生的创新思维、提升学生的创新能力从而提高学生的自身可持续发展能力。从解读创新型人才培养的内涵入手,概括了案例分析所具备的创新型人才培养的启发性、实践性、开放性和合作性特征,并进一步论证了案例分析对培养高素质创新人才创新思维和创新能力的价值和意义。基于案例分析教学法从课前教师布置案例,学生小组准备案例到课上师生共同探讨案例到课后师生、生生之间评价案例,各个环节紧密相连,形成连贯、完整的教学流程。选择典型的能反映当前社会经济发展变化的案例是案例分析的关键所在。所以最后提出案例分析应遵循的原则,即真实性、典型性和时效性。 Cultivating innovative talents is the inherent requirement of quality education and innovation education.Case analysis is helpful to stimulate students'creative thinking and improve their creative ability so as to improve the students'ability to develop their own sustainable development.Starting from the connotation of innovative talents training,this paper summarizes the inspirational,practical,open and cooperative characteristics of innovative talents training in case analysis,and further demonstrates the value and significance of case analysis for training high-quality innovative talents.Based on a case analysis teaching method,all stages are closely linked from pre-class assignment of cases by teachers,student group preparation for the cases,discussion of the cases in class,to evaluation of the cases by teachers and students after class,forming a coherent and complete teaching process.The key to case analysis is to choose a typical case that can reflect the changes in the current social and economic development.Finally,it puts forward the principles that should be followed in case analysis,that is,authenticity,typicality and timeliness.
