两类用户对移动医疗软件选择影响因素对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 近两年,我国的移动服务市场不断扩大,而其中的移动医疗服务更是未来非常重要的新兴发展方向。从移动医疗潜在用户视角出发,基于TAM理论模型,加入最新研究成果技术焦虑和社会影响等因素,利用Amos21.0进行结构方程建模统计分析。进行了两类用户对移动医疗软件使用意愿影响因素及影响路径的对比研究。实证研究发现:习惯使用搜索引擎来进行线上医疗查询的用户受抵制变化的影响最大,其中结果质量、使用成本、易用性对其产生负面影响,有用性呈正面影响;而习惯使用移动医疗软件进行线上医疗查询的用户受结果质量影响最大,其中结果质量、易用性、有用性呈正面影响,使用成本呈负面影响。 In the past two years,China's mobile service market has been expanding,and the mobile medical service is a very important and emerging development direction in the future.From the perspective of potential mobile medical users,Amos21.0 is used to do structural equation modeling and statistical analysis based on the TAM theoretical model,with the latest research results,technology anxiety and social influence.A comparative study of the influencing factors and the impact path of two types of users on mobile medical software is carried out.It is found out that users having the habit of online medical queries affected the most by the resistance to the change of search engines.The result quality and cost and ease of use have a negative impact;the usefulness has a positive influence.Users who are used to using mobile medical software for online queries are affected the most by the result quality.For them,result quality,ease of use and usefulness play positive effect;the use of cost exerts negative impact.
