摘要
我国传媒行业正处于产业结构调整时期,为实现与互联网的融合,部分传媒公司近5年来增加了研发投入这一项成本支出。通过对上市传媒公司的研发投入与绩效之间的关系进行实证分析,发现上市传媒公司的研发投入与当年财务绩效和成长绩效之间均不存在显著的相关性,且其研发投入的滞后效应也不明显。基于传媒产业的特殊性,对该现象进行了分析解读,并提出增强投资前评估、避免多线程研发、进行延长产业链性质的研发及加强研究经费和研究人员管理以避免资源浪费等合理化建议。
China's media industry is in the period of industrial restructuring.In order to achieve integration with the Internet,some media companies have increased R&D investment in recent five years.Through empirical analysis of the relationship between R&D investment and performance of listed media companies,it is found that there is no significant correlation between R&D investment and financial performance and growth performance of listed companies,and the lag effect of R&D investment is not obvious.This phenomenon is analyzed and interpreted based on the particularity of the media industry.The rationalization proposals are put forward,such as enhancing pre-investment evaluation,avoiding multithreading development,extending the nature of the industrial chain,and strengthening research funds and researcher management to avoid waste of resources.
