摘要
为解决盾构管片钢筋笼采用人工加工方法人力投入大、加工质量不稳定和安全风险高等难题,开发自动加工设备已是迫在眉睫。以长株潭城际铁路CZTZH-1标工程为依托,通过对盾构管片钢筋笼生产工艺和钢筋加工设备进行系统分析和研究,确定棒材钢筋剪切、单片网成型、物料存储和立体网焊接成型等系统模块的设计方案和参数,完成设备加工制造、工程现场应用以及优化改进,形成有效的流水作业生产线,从而解决盾构管片钢筋笼自动加工的难题,实现加工机械化和自动化,有效降低劳动强度,提高安全性,且焊接质量稳定可控。
It is urgent to develop autom atic processing equipm ent fo r segment steel reinforcem ent cage o f shield to solve the problem s o f large human in p u t,unstable q u a lity and high security ris k when using a rtific ia l processing m ethod.Based on the CZTZH-1 project o f Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan In te rc ity R a ilw a y,the production process o f steel reinforcem ent cage o f shield segment lin in g and steel processing equipm ent system are system atically analyzed and studied;and then the design scheme and param eters o f steel bar shearing,m onolithic net fo rm in g,m aterial storage and stereoscopic net w elding and m olding system m odule are determ ined;fin a lly,the equipm ent m anufacturing,engineering fie ld a p p lication and optim ization are com pleted,and an effective production lin e o f segment reinforcem ent cage is form ed.Thus the autom atic and m echanized processing o f steel reinforcem ent cage o f shield segment lin in g is re a lize d;the labor in te n sity is effe ctive ly reduced;the m anufacturing security is im proved,and the cage w elding q u a lity is controlled.
