It should base on two points when try to analyse patent right operation.First,only the patentee could run the operation;secondly,patent right operation includes transformation and other activities.As a patentee,enterprises,universities,research institutions,non-practicing entities,and as the deputy of patentee,patent pools hold different resources,with different motions to operate patent rights,and will take different activities.It is a foundation research work to analyse these different operation activities and conclude different traits.
