Research on Urban Community Governance in Xinjiang Based on SWOT Analysis

运用SWOT分析法,对新疆城市社区治理的优势、劣势、机会和威胁因素逐一分析,从深化社区体制改革、理顺政府与社区的关系,加强流动人口管理力度,引进专业人才等方面提出了对策建议,探索新疆城市社区治理的科学合理的研究方法。

This paper uses SWOT to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threat factors of urban community governance in Xinjiang,from deepening the reform of community system,rationalizing the relationship between government and communi?ty,strengthening the management of floating population,introducing professional talents.The paper puts forward some countermea?sures and suggestions to explore the scientific and rational research methods of urban community governance in Xinjiang.
