新疆绿色产业发展集聚分析

Agglomeration Analysis of Green Industry Development in Xinjiang under the Background of Supply Side Reform

传统上新疆经济的增长大都是以资源的消耗为特征的粗放的发展方式为主,资源的枯竭以及资源的利用所造成的环境污染的加剧,严重影响了经济的可持续发展的能力。面对经济下行的压力,新疆政府高度重视绿色产业问题,十三五规划更是把它放在突出的位置。"供给侧改革"战略的提出,对绿色产业在经济新常态时期的发展,不论是理论还是实践都有极大的促进作用。通过对绿色产业的集聚以及各个影响因素的分析,发现第一产业、第二产业对其正向影响最大,而第三产业由于其GDP的占比低而未能形成有效的影响。当前的投资、进出口则对其有反向影响,可能是由于当前的产业结构不合理所致。直观地了解其对新疆绿色产业的影响大小的同时,为新疆经济的进一步发展提供政策建议。

since twenty-first Century,the rapid development of global green industry has become the main force that is supporting in-dustrial economy,and has attracted various countries to pay attention to it.The development of economy in China has always been dom-inated by the rough development characterized by the consumption of resources.The emergence of resource depletion and the intensifi-cation of environmental pollution have seriously affected the sustainable development of the economy.As a responsible country,the Chinese government attaches the green industry very much.In the 13th Five-Year plan,government has put it in a prominent position.“Supply side reform”strategy’s being put forward,has enhanced green industry in prosperity in the new economic normal period of de-velopment,both in theory and practice.Through the analysis of the agglomeration of green industries and the analysis of various influ-encing factors,it is found that the first industry and the second industry have the most positive impact on them,while the third industry has not been effectively affected due to its low proportion of GDP.The current investment,import and export has a reverse impact on it,probably due to the current irrational industrial structure.By the time in intuitively understanding its impact on the green industry in Xinjiang at the same time,policy recommendations can be put for further development of Xinjiang's economy.
