党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次对社会主义核心价值观作出重要论述,并对此提出了明确的要求。新疆是多民族聚居的地方,受区域发展的影响,大学生的价值取向、思想观念、情感体验与其他地区存在较大差异,如何使新疆高校大学生正确认识并践行社会主义核心价值观,是加强民族团结的需要,也是高校思想政治工作的一项重要课题。
