血清胃蛋白酶原测定在早期胃癌筛查中的应用意义探究

The Significance of Serum Pepsinogen Determination in Early Gastric Cancer Screening

目的探讨在早期胃癌筛查中检测血清胃蛋白酶原的意义。方法在2016年5月—2017年8月期间方便选取该院收治的胃癌患者30例、慢性萎缩性胃炎患者28例、胃溃疡患者35例以及来该院进行体检的健康人员32名作为研究对象。对所有研究对象进行血清胃蛋白酶原测定。结果与健康组相比较,胃癌组、萎缩性胃炎组的PGⅠ值较低,胃溃疡组的PGⅠ值较高(P<0.05);与健康组相比较,各组的PGⅡ值均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);健康组的PGI/PGII比值为(2.7±1.2),胃癌组为(2.2±0.6),萎缩性胃炎组为(2.1±0.7),胃溃疡组为(2.1±0.8),均与健康组作比较(t=2.053 4、2.321 2、2.427 1,P<0.05)。萎缩性胃炎组和胃癌组PGⅠ、PGⅡ的阳性检出率相比于其他组明显较高(P<0.05)。结论在慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃癌疾病中检测其血清胃蛋白酶原PG可作为早期筛查和诊断的重要可靠依据。

Objective This paper tries to explore the significance of detecting serum pepsinogen in early gastric cancer screening.Methods From May 2016 to August 2017,convenient selected 30 cases of gastric cancer,28 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis,35 cases of gastric ulcer,and 32 healthy persons who came to this hospital for physical examination.The serum pepsinogen was measured for all the subjects.Results Compared with healthy group,group of gastric cancer and atrophic gastritis group of PG 1 was lower,gastric ulcer group PG 1 was higher(P<0.05);compared with the healthy group,each group of PG value had no difference(P>0.05);PG I/PG II of health group the ratio was(2.7±1.2),gastric cancer group of(2.2±0.6),atrophic gastritis group of(2.1±0.7),gastric ulcer group of(2.1±0.8),compared with the healthy group(t=2.053 4,2.321 2,2.427 1,P<0.05).The positive rate of PG I and PG II in the atrophic gastritis group and the gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum pepsinogen PG in chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer can be used as an important reliable basis for early screening and diagnosis.
