液基细胞学检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用

Application of Liquid Based Cytology Test in Cervical Cancer Screening

目的探讨液基细胞学检测在宫颈癌及宫颈癌前病变筛查中的应用价值。方法整群选取2017年4—10月江苏省常州市金坛区东城街道社区"两癌"免费筛查公共卫生项目中接受宫颈癌筛查且液基细胞学检测呈阳性的109例患者为研究对象,回顾性分析患者临床资料,统计检测结果,对比病理资料评价液基细胞学检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用效果。结果 109例阳性患者中,ASC-US 65例(59.63%),ASC-H 8例(7.34%),LSIL 29例(26.61%),HSIL 7例(6.42%)。ASC-H经阴道镜活检证实均为CIN III级8例,LSIL与HSIL诊断与阴道镜活检结果一致,诊断符合率100.00%。结论液基细胞学检查是诊断宫颈癌及癌前病变的有效手段,值得在宫颈癌筛查中推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to explore the application value of liquid based cytology test in cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesions screening.Methods A total of 109 patients with cervical cancer who underwent screening for cervical cancer and liquid-based cytology were group selection for free screening of"two cancers"in Dongcheng neighborhood community,Jintan district,Changzhou,Jiangsu Province from April 2017 to October 2017,retrospective analysis of clinical data,statistical test results,compared with pathological data to evaluate the effect of liquid-based cytology in cervical cancer screening.Results Of the 109 positive patients,65 were ASC-US(59.63%),8 were ASC-H(7.34%),29 were LSIL(26.61%),and 7 were HSIL(6.42%).ASC-H was proved to be CIN III grade by colposcopy biopsy in 8 cases.The diagnosis of LSIL and HSIL was consistent with colposcopy biopsy,and the diagnostic accordance rate was 100%.Conclusion Liquid based cytology is an effective method for the diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,and it is worthy of promotion in cervical cancer screening.
