摘要
目的探讨太极云手治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效及椎动脉血流的影响;方法方便选取2015年3月—2017年2月于骨伤康复科门诊所有颈性眩晕患者70例按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予推拿、针灸、牵引等治疗,太极云手治疗组是在常规治疗组的基础上加练太极云手,观察治疗前后改善症状与功能量表评分、活动度、椎动脉血流速(Vm)等变化。结果经治疗后,治疗组功能评分(25.41±3.49)分、旋转角度左旋(68.79±7.48)°、右旋(68.01±7.51)°及右侧椎动脉Vm(36.18±5.81)cm/s、左侧椎动脉Vm(37.29±4.38)cm/s等方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论太极云手练习可以改善颈性眩晕患者症状与功能、活动度、椎动脉血流速度,可于临床推广。
Objective This paper tries to discuss the clinical efficacy of Taiji cloud hand treatment of cervical vertigo and the influence of vertebral artery blood flow.Methods From March 2015 to February 2017,70 patients with cervical vertigo under orthopedic rehabilitation clinic were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to random number table:the control group was treated with massage,acupuncture,traction and so on.Taiji Cloud Hand Therapy Group was based on the conventional treatment group and practiced Taiji cloud hand,symptoms and functional scale score before and after treatment,activity,vertebral artery blood flow speed(Vm)and other changes were observed.Results After treatment,function assessment score in the treatment group was(25.41±3.49)points,the rotation angle of left(68.79±7.48)°and right of(68.01±7.51)°and the right vertebral artery Vm(36.18±5.81)cm/s,left vertebral artery Vm(37.29±4.38)cm/s etc.better than the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Taiji cloud hand exercises can improve the symptoms and function of patients with cervical vertigo,activity,vertebral artery blood flow velocity,which can be clinically promoted.
