宫颈癌前病变治疗中宫颈环形电切术的应用

Application of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure in the Treatment of Cervical Precancerous Lesions

目的探讨宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的疗效与安全性。方法方便选取2012年8月—2017年7月该院妇科106例宫颈癌前病变患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为实验组(宫颈环形电切术,53例)和对照组(宫颈冷刀锥切术,53例)。对比观察两组手术指标及疗效,术后随访统计并发症和复发率。结果实验组治疗有效率(96.23%)和复发率(1.89%)与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.32、0.85,P>0.05)。实验组术中出血量(12.1±3.7)m L少于对照组(t=7.06),并发症发生率3.77%少于对照组(χ2=5.32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变效果确切,患者术中出血少,术后恢复快,并发症少,应用安全有效。

Objective This paper tries to evaluate the efficacy and safety of loop electrosurgical excision procedure for the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods 106 cases of cervical precancerous lesions in this hospital from August 2012 to July 2017 were convenient selected and divided into the experimental group(53 cases of cervical ring resection),the control group(53 cases of cervical cold knife conization).The curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results The effective rate(96.23%)and the recurrence rate(1.89%)in the experimental group were not statistically significant compared with the control group(χ2=1.32、0.85,P>0.05).The experimental group of bleeding(12.1±3.7)mL,less than that of the control group(t=7.06),the incidence of complications was 3.77%,less than that of the control group(χ2=5.32).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions is exact,with less bleeding,faster postoperative recovery,fewer complications,and safe and effective application.
