PDCA护理模式对ICU术后冠心病患者的心功能和生存质量的影响

Effects of PDCA Nursing on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with ICU Postoperative Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析应用PDCA护理模式对ICU术后冠心病患者的心功能和生存质量的影响。方法随机选取在2015年1月—2017年1月在医院重症加强护理病房中介入手术后的冠心病患者共有90例,将全部患者随机分成常规组与PDCA组,每组45例。常规组的患者给予常规护理干预,而PDCA组的患者给予PDCA循环护理模式。观察并比较两组在护理前后的焦虑程度、心功能、生存质量评分和患者对护理的满意度状况。结果在护理后,PDCA组患者的焦虑评分[(39.75±3.02)分]以及心功能左心室舒张末期内径[(44.79±4.21)mm]都比常规组的[(46.83±3.40)分、(49.84±3.08)mm]明显减少(P<0.05);PDCA组患者的左心室射血分数[(53.46±4.20)%]、生存质量评分和患者对护理的满意度(93.33%)都比常规组的[(48.05±4.77)%、77.78%]明显增加(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环护理模式能有效地促进重症加强护理病房中冠心病患者介入术后心功能的恢复,调节患者的焦虑情绪,患者的满意度较高,值得临床应用。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of PDCA nursing mode on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease in ICU.Methods A total of 90 caseswith coronary heart disease were randomly selected from January 2015 to January 2017 in ICU of this hospital after surgery,and all patients were randomly divided into conventional group and PDCA group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the conventional group were given routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the PDCA group were given the PDCA cycle nursing mode.The anxiety degree,cardiac function,quality of life score and satisfaction degree of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,anxiety score[(39.75±3.02)points]and heart function left ventricular end diastolic[(44.79±4.21)mm]in the PDCA group were lower significantly than those[(46.83±3.40)points,(49.84±3.08)mm]in the conventional group(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction[(53.46±4.20)%],quality of life score and patient satisfaction(93.33%)with nursing care in the PDCA group were significantly higher than those[(48.05±4.77)%,77.78%]in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA circulation nursing mode can effectively promote the recovery of cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease after intervention surgery in ICU,regulate the anxiety of patients,and increase patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
