脑卒中早期介入康复护理探讨

Discussion on Early Intervention of Rehabilitation Nursing on Stroke

目的研究并探讨早期介入康复护理在脑卒中的应用效果。方法入组对象为随机选择2015年1月—2017年6月期间该院收治的100例脑卒中患者,按照计算机随机数字分组法,随机将这100例脑卒中患者分为2组,50例/组,对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行早期介入康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的康复总有效率(92%)高于对照组(76%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.762,P=0.029<0.05);护理后,观察组的神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,其肢体功能评分、日常生活能力评分、各方面生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意率(96%)高于对照组(82%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.005,P=0.025)。结论对脑卒中患者实施早期介入康复护理,可全面提高康复效果。

Objective This paper tries to study and explore the application effect of early intervention rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients.Methods Random selection 100 cases of stroke patients in this hospital during January 2015 to June 2017,according to digital computer random grouping method,the 100 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention,nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results The total recovery efficiency(92%)in the observation group was higher than the control group(76%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.762,P=0.029<0.05);after nursing,the neural function defect score in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),limb function score,ADL score and life quality score were higher than the control group(P<0.05);nursing total satisfaction rate(96%)in the observation group was higher than the control group(82%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.005,P=0.025)(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients can improve the rehabilitation effect.
