五味消毒饮加味治疗产后会阴伤口愈合不良症

Stimulation Wound Healing for Perineal Incision during Childbirth using Five-Ingredient Toxin-Dispersing Beverage

目的探究五味消毒饮加味坐浴治疗产后会阴伤口愈合不良症的临床疗效及其应用的可行性。方法方便选取2010年1月—2015年1月在该院住院经阴道分娩产后有会阴伤口愈合不良症状的产妇56例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组28例给予西医常规治疗,观察组28例给予五味消毒饮加味坐浴治疗。结果观察组的总有效率为96.43%,较对照组78.57%有显著提高;两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组伤口愈合不良治疗起效时间、伤口愈合时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五味消毒饮加味坐浴可应用于治疗产后会阴伤口愈合不良症,能有效缩短疗程,临床疗效效果明显。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the feasibility of application of Five-Ingredient Toxin Dispersing Beverage to stimulate the wound healing for perineal incision during childbirth.Methods From January 2010 to January 2015,a total of 56 patients with non-healing perineal wound were convenient randomly divided into the observation group(n=28)and the control group(n=28).The control group was routinely cured using the combination method of iodine perineal disinfection treatment and oral antibiotic therapy.The observation group was cured using the hip bath of the five-ingredient toxin-dispersing beverage.Results Total effective rate of the observation group reached 96.43%,while it was 78.57%In the control group.There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).There were significant difference for the initial effective time and the clinical cure time between the two treatment methods(P<0.05).Conclusion Hip bath of the five-ingredient toxin-dispersing beverage was an effective treatment for patients with non-healing perineal wound during childbirth,can effectively shorten the course of treatment,whose clinical curative effect is obvious.
