慢阻肺患者肺部感染对呼吸功能与细胞因子表达的影响研究

Study on Effect of Pulmonary Infection of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease on the Respiratory Function and Cytokine Expression

目的探究慢阻肺患者肺部感染对患者呼吸功能与细胞因子表达的影响,进而为患者预防感染和机体调节提供依据。方法方便选取该院在2016年5月—2017年5月收治的36例慢阻肺肺部感染患者作为该次研究的研究组,同时选择同期的36例慢阻肺未出现肺部感染患者作为该次研究的对照组,比较分析两组患者血清因子和呼吸功能指标(肺功能指标和其他呼吸指标)。结果研究组患者的血清细胞因子指标IL-6(11.56±1.57)pg/m L、IL-8(11.98±1.69)pg/m L、TGF-β(98.13±9.03)ng/m L和TNF-α水平(1.80±0.21)ng/m L、RAW(117.42±11.02)%、Fres(22.03±2.03)Hz指标远高于对照组患者(P<0.05);而研究组患者肺功能指标FEVL0(60.13±4.96)%、MVV(44.87±4.21)%、MMF(0.76±0.08)L/s、Cdyn(30.07±2.54)m L/cm H2O指标均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺患者出现肺部感染对患者呼吸功能和细胞因子表达有着不良影响,因而在临床治疗上需要注重对慢阻肺患者肺部感染进行预防,同时注重对血清细胞因子的调控。

Objective To study the effect of pulmonary infection of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on the respiratory function and cytokine expression thus providing basis for preventing infection and adjusting organs of patients.Methods 36 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary infection admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 convenient were selected as the research group,at the same time,36 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease without pulmonary infection were selected at the same period were selected as the control group,and the serum factor and respiration function indicators(pulmonary function indicators and other respiration indicators)were compared between the two groups.Results The IL-6,IL-8,TGF-β,TNF-α,RAW,Fres in the research group were respectively(11.56±1.57)pg/mL,(11.98±1.69)pg/mL,(98.13±9.03)ng/mL,(1.80±0.21)ng/mL,(117.42±11.02)%,(22.03±2.03)Hz,which were much higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the FEVL0,MVV,MMF,Cdyn in the research group were respectively(60.13±4.96)%,(44.87±4.21)%,(0.76±0.08)L/s and(30.07±2.54)mL/cmH2O,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pulmonary infection of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has an adverse effect on the respiration function and cell factor expression,therefore,we need to prevent the lung infection of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and adjust the serum cell factors.
