架成形术治疗颅内血管狭窄的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Stent Angioplasty in Treatment of Intracranial Artery Stenosis

目的探讨架成形术治疗颅内血管狭窄的疗效分析,为临床应用治疗提供科学理论依据。方法方便选取该院2016年2月—2017年3月在该院治疗的颅内血管狭窄患者126例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组采用药物治疗治疗,观察组采用架成形术进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的狭窄率、神经功能评分等情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的血管狭窄评分明显高于对照组,分别为(4.33±2.29)分和(3.16±2.05)%,并发症等情况也好于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管内支架治疗颅内血管狭窄,不仅临床效果高于药物治疗,还可以有效改善患者的神经功能,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of stent angioplasty in treatment of intracranial artery stenosis and provide scientific theoretical basis for the clinical application and treatment.Methods 128 cases of patients with intracranial artery stenosis treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 64 cases in each,the control group were treated with drugs,while the observation group were treated with stent angioplasty,and the stenosis rate and nerve function score of the two groups after treatment were observed.Results The vessel stenosis score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group after treatment[(4.33±2.29)points vs(3.16±2.05)points],and the complications were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of stent angioplasty in treatment of intracranial artery stenosis is better than that drug treatment,which can effectively improve the nerve function of patients,and it is worth clinical application and promotion.
