空肠营养管在减少肠内营养并发症的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Nasojejunal Feeding Tube in Reducing the Enteral Nutrition Complications

目的探讨实施肠内营养的患者,分别应用胃管和空肠营养管实施肠内营养,观察两种不同肠内营养喂养方式应用过程中并发症的发生率。方法方便收集自2013年5月—2016年6月入住该院神经外科患者且实施肠内营养的患者共计120例,分为留置胃管组和留置空肠营养管组,观察两组患者在实施肠内营养过程中的并发症的发生情况,进行统计学分析。结果结果表明,在吸入性肺炎及应激性溃疡发生率方面,胃管组的发生率为5.6%和8.4%,空肠营养管组发生率为2.0%和2.0%,行χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03<0.05);腹胀方面,胃管组的发生率为12.6%,空肠营养管组的发生率为4.0%,行χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03<0.05)。结论对于需要肠内营养支持的患者,临床上可优先考虑选择留置空肠营养管,减少肠内营养并发症的发生率,取得良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the incidence rate of complications in implementing the enteral nutrition by gastric tube and nasojejunal feeding tube.Methods 120 cases of patients with enteral nutrition in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups,including the gastric tube group and nasojejunal feeding tube group,and the occurrence of complications in the enteral nutrition course of the two groups was observed for statistical analysis.Results The results showed that the incidence rates of inhalation pneumonia and stress ulcer in the gastric tube group and in the nasojejunal feeding tube group were respectively 5.6%,8.4%and 2.0%,2.0%,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.03<0.05),and the incidence rate of abdominal distension in the gastric tube group and in the nasojejunal feeding tube group was respectively 12.6%and 4.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03<0.05).Conclusion We should preferably consider dwelling the nasojejunal feeding tube in clinic for patients needing the enteral nutrition support thus reducing the incidence rate of enteral nutrition complications and obtaining a good clinical treatment effect.
