摘要 目的探讨儿童临床用药风险的防范措施,为提高儿童临床用药管理水平提高参考。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年8月到该院进行治疗的270例患儿。2016年1月开始,该院开始实行儿童临床用药风险管理,将2015年1—12月135例患者作为对照组,将2016年1月—2017年8月135例患者作为观察组。对比两组患儿的用药问题发生情况和考核情况。结果观察组的用药问题发生率为2.22%,对照组的用药问题发生率为14.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿用药管理考核良好率为95.56%,对照组为86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施儿童临床用药风险管理,能够有效控制用药风险,降低不良事件发生率,具有较高的推广价值。 Objective To study the prevention measures of clinical medication risks of children and provide reference for improving the clinical medication management level of children.Methods 270 cases of children treated in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2017 were convenient selected and the clinical medication risk management of children had been implemented since January 2016,and 135 cases of children from January to December 2015 were selected as the control group,and 135 cases of children from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group,and the occurrence of medication issues and examination of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of medication issue in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 2.22%and 14.07%,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05),and the good rate of medication examination in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 95.56%and 86.67%,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical medication risk management of children can effectively control the medication risks and reduce the incidence rate of adverse events,and it is of higher promotion value.
