右佐匹克隆片辅助治疗中老年女性高血压合并睡眠障碍患者的疗效研究

Research on Curative Effect of Dexzopiclone Tablets in Adjunctive Treatment of Middle-aged and Senile Female Patients with Hypertension and Sleep Disorder

目的研究治疗中老年女性高血压合并睡眠障碍患者使用右佐匹克隆辅助的临床效果。方法该文的研究对象为方便抽取该院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的120例高血压合并睡眠障碍患者作为,分组根据随机原则进行,对照组治疗:常规降压和安慰剂,观察组治疗:常规降压加以右佐匹克隆片辅助,比较治疗后效果。结果观察组经治疗后,收缩压、舒张压、心率、总有效率分别为(136.43±9.44)mm Hg、(88.47±8.45)mm Hg、(70.32±5.34)次/min、96.67%,其中舒张压两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),收缩压、心率相比于对照组较低,且总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用右佐匹克隆片对中老年女性高血压合并睡眠障碍进行治疗具有明显效果,可改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective To research the clinical effect of dexzopiclone tablets in adjunctive treatment of middle-aged and senile female patients with hypertension and sleep disorder.Methods 120 cases of patients with hypertension and sleep disorder admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group:routine depressurization and placebo,while the observation group:routine depressurization and dexzopiclone tablets,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,heart rate and total effective rate in the observation group were respectively(136.43±9.44)mmHg,(88.47±8.45)mmHg,(70.32±5.34)times/min,96.67%,and there was no difference in the diastolic pressure(P>0.05),and the systolic pressure and heart rate were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of dexzopiclone tablets in adjunctive treatment of middle-aged and senile female patients with hypertension and sleep disorder is obvious,which can improve the sleep quality.
