中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Children with Mycoplasmal Pneumonia

目的研究中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床价值。方法采用临床资料查证法,方便选取该院2014年11月—2015年1月收治的58例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,按照治疗方法的不同,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予西医对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,增加中医治疗方法,临床观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果对照组患儿的临床疗效75.86%(22/29)明显低于观察组患儿的临床疗效93.10%(27/29),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效确切,具有较高的治愈率及调节力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To research the clinical value of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods 58 cases of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2014 to January 2015 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,the control group adopted the symptomatic support therapy of western medicine,while the observation group added the TCM treatment method on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical curative effect in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group,[75.86%(22/29)vs 93.10%(27/29)],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia is definite,with high cure rate and adjustment,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
