加强心理护理联合医用臭氧治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Enhancing the Mental Nursing Combined with Medical Ozone in Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis b

目的探讨慢性乙型病毒性肝炎治疗中心理护理联合医用臭氧的效果。方法方便选择福州市某三级甲等医院2016年5月—2017年9月接收的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者104例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组52例,观察组给予心理护理联合医用臭氧治疗,对照组给予常规护理联合医用臭氧治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 (1)观察组联合应答率28.8%、病毒学应答率38.5%、生化学应答率46.2%、HBe Ag血清转换率30.8%,高于对照组15.4%、25.0%、32.7%、17.3%;(2)治疗后,观察组HBV-DNA(2.2±5.5)×105IU/m L、HBs Ag(0.3±0.3)×103 ng/m L,均低于对照组(5.9±7.6)×106 IU/m L、(0.9±0.4)×103ng/m L;(3)治疗后,观察组ALT(71.5±40.3)U/L、AST(31.9±25.7)U/L、TBi L(48.7±32.1)μmol/L,均低于对照组(112.6±42.7)U/L、(57.3±41.5)U/L、(53.6±35.4)μmol/L。以上结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型病毒性肝炎应用医用臭氧治疗时,加强心理护理后,可促进治疗效果的提升,改善患者肝功能及预后情况,提高其生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of enhancing the mental nursing combined with medical ozone in treatment of chronic hepatitis b.Methods 104 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis b admitted in a certain AAA hospital in Fuzhou were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each,the observation group adopted the mental nursing combined with medical ozone,while the control group adopted the routine nursing combined with medical ozone,and the treatment effect was observed.Results The combined reply rate,viral reply rate,biochemical reply and HBeAg serum conversion rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(28.8%,38.5%,46.2%,30.8%vs 15.4%,25.0%,32.7%,17.3%),after treatment,the HBV-DNA and HBsAg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,[(2.2±5.5)×105 IU/mL,(0.3±0.3)×103 ng/mL vs(5.9±7.6)×106 IU/mL,(0.9±0.4)×103 ng/mL],after treatment,the ALT,AST and TBiL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,[(71.5±40.3)U/L,(31.9±25.7)U/L,(48.7±32.1)μmol/L vs(112.6±42.7)U/L,(57.3±41.5)U/L(48.7±32.1)μmol/L],and the differences were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing the mental nursing combined with medical ozone in treatment of chronic hepatitis b can promote the improvement of treatment effect,improve the liver function and prognosis and improve the quality of life.
