分析应用乳房整形技术进行乳腺癌保乳手术治疗的临床效果

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Mammoplasty for Breast Conserving Treatment

目的研究和探索乳房整形技术在乳腺癌保乳手术中的应用效果。方法随机选择2012年3月—2014年4月间于该院接受乳腺癌保乳手术治疗的60例患者为研究对象,依据自愿原则将60例患者分为两组,1组为对照组均接受常规乳腺癌保乳手术,纳入患者28例。另1组为观察组,该组患者均在接受保乳手术中应用乳房整形技术,纳入患者32例。观察并对比两组患者治疗期间并发症发生情况及对比两组患者术后2年随访的复发情况,将所得结果进行统计学分析。结果术后对照组和观察组的并发症发生机率分别为25.0%、18.8%,局部复发率分别为7.1%、6.3%,两者的统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后对照组和观察组患者对乳房美容效果满意率分别为75.0%、93.8%,观察组更具优异性(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌保乳手术中应用乳房整形技术不会对患者的手术治疗效果造成明显影响,而且可在极大程度上提高乳房美容效果,提高患者对治疗效果的满意度,降低医患纠纷的发生机率,故值得在临床加以推广应用。

Objective To research and explore the clinical effect of mammoplasty for breast conserving treatment.Methods 60 cases of patients treated with breast conserving surgery in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the voluntary principle,the control group were treated with routine breast conserving surgery,while the observation group applied the mammoplasty,and the occurrence of complications and recurrence of patients after two-year follow-up were compared between the two groups,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The occurrence probabilities of complications in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 25.0%and 18.8%after surgery,and the local recurrence rate was respectively 7.1%and 6.3%,and there was no obvious difference between the two groups after the statistical analysis(P>0.05),and the satisfactory rate of breast cosmetic effect in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 75.0%and 93.8%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mammoplasty for breast conserving treatment can’t impose an obvious effect on the surgical treatment effect,greatly improve the breast cosmetic effect,improve the satisfactory degree to treatment effect and reduce the occurrence probability of medical dispute,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
