VSD负压引流术治疗四肢创伤的临床效果探讨

Study on Clinical Effect of VSD in Treatment of Limbs Trauma

目的探索VSD负压引流术治疗四肢创伤的临床效果。方法随机选取2015年3月—2017年3月期间该院收治的100例四肢创伤患者,将其抽签化分组,两组各有50例,对照组和观察组分别采用常规开放换药处理和VSD负压引流术治疗,随后对比两组患者的肢体功能恢复时间、骨髓炎发生率、创面皮肤缺损发生率、全身感染发生率、HSS评分、疼痛评分。结果观察组患者的治疗后3 d疼痛评分(2.10±0.14)分、治疗后7 d疼痛评分(0.84±0.58)分、治疗后7 d HSS评分(86.45±5.32)分、治疗后14 d HSS评分(97.81±1.25)分、骨髓炎发生率(0.00%)、全身感染发生率(2.00%)、创面皮肤缺损发生率(2.00%)、肢体功能恢复时间(17.74±5.36)d均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对四肢创伤患者实施VSD负压引流术治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of VSD in treatment of limbs trauma.Methods 100 cases of patients with limbs trauma admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the control group and the observation group were respectively treated with routine open dressing and VSD,and the limb function recovery time,incidence rates of osteomyelitis and wound skin defect and general infection,HSS score and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores after 3 d and 7 d treatment in the observation group were respectively(2.10±0.14)points and(0.84±0.58)points,and the HSS scores after 7 d and 14 d were respectively(86.45±5.32)points and(97.81±1.25)points,and the incidence rate of osteomyelitis,general infection and wound skin defect and recovery time of limb function were respectively(97.81±1.25)points,0.00%,2.00%,2.00%,(17.74±5.36)d,which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of VSD in treatment of patients with limbs trauma can obviously improve the treatment effect.
